I feel like if you are really pushing yourself and doing your best then it can be equally exhausting. However, its 25minutes of nonstop exercise, no breaks, and only a 3 minute stretch at the end. This time I actually chose T25 to train for insanity, I knew T25 had a modifier if I needed it (plus have heart conditions so I need to progress into harder workouts). LOL the first time I did insanity when I was unfit I basically couldn't walk after day 3 and had to give up □ then again I was overweight and hadn't exercise for years. ![]() In my personal, opinion I think insanity is more intense and harder to do. If anyone has any pointers for the Beta Phase, please share - I am starting Beta today! :) ![]() T25 Alpha Phase Before and After Pics: (Linking to my finsta as people I know are active users on reddit) but it's been lonely not having many people to share small successes with. Focusing on my health and fitness was mainly to aid with my anxiety and depression that has been exacerbated by COVID-19. I have been very quiet about my weightloss journey with my friends and family as I don't want to make anyone feel bad/unproductive during the pandemic and bring attention to the fact I've been laid off from work thus have more time on my hands. I am really proud of being able to stay consistent with working out and finishing the 5 weeks! I lost 7.2lbs and around 6.325 inches just with the Alpha Phase alone :) I didn't follow the diet plan but have been eating clean and my daily calorie intake is about 1350-1500 depending on my level activity (slowly trying to increase it as I should be eating 1600 calories according to the nutrition guide). Since I have heart defects I didn't want to jump straight into insanity so I chose to do T25 (after a 4 week fitness blender program) to get back into shape. Despite the pandemic being quite stressful, I finally had time to focus on getting myself back on track. I was up and down 30lbs every few months and wasn't taking care of myself. ![]() Fast forward a couple years later, I gained all the weight I lost the first time and more. A little back story - I used to do OG insanity off and on a few years ago after I lost 40lbs, however, was never consistent enough to make it past the first month. Since the Focus T25 group is practically dead and I haven't see many recent posts of T25 results - I thought I'd share mine here.
